Helpful Hints

  • Please remove shoes before entering studio.
  • Don’t eat or drink too much before class; a light meal 2 hours before class is fine.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
  • Notify instructor of any injuries before class.
  • If you are new to the studio arrive a few minutes early to fill out New Student Form.
  • Respect yourself, be patient, breathe and work at your own pace.
  • If you’re running late we understand; please come to class.
  • It’s okay to ask questions.

Iyengar All Levels:

Appropriate for all levels of students.

Iyengar Gentle

Slower-paced for beginners, seniors & prenatal.

Iyengar I/II

Standing poses, twists, forward bends, intro to inversions & backbends.

Iyengar II

Continuing all poses from Level I/II – practicing inversions and backbends.

Iyengar II/III

Working knowledge of poses & regular practice of inversions & backbends.

Iyengar Restorative

Supported poses and beginning Pranayama (breathwork).

Gentle Hatha

Beginning Hatha Class – Learn fundamentals at restorative pace.

Hatha I/II

Hatha Yoga for beginner and intermediate students.

Vinyasa Flow

Strong working vinyasa flow concluding with restorative poses.

Slow Flow

Vinyasa Flow slower to address alignment.

Gentle Yoga/Meditation

Gentle yoga stretching & seated mindfulness meditation.
